Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. I build a real preview of your site first, on a live link you can click through and share with anyone. You only pay if you decide you want it. If you do not, you walk away and it has cost you nothing.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name on your own account, and your customer list belongs to you. If you ever chose to stop working with me, you would keep every bit of it. Owning your own site and your own customers is the entire point.
I already have a website. Is this worth it?
It depends. If yours loads fast on a phone, ranks on Google, and turns visitors into calls, keep it. Most of the sites I see were built years ago, look dated next to the competition, and have no follow-up behind them at all. Send me your link and I will tell you honestly whether you need me.
What does the monthly actually cover?
Hosting and keeping the site online and secure, along with everything running behind it. That includes the missed-call text-back, the automatic follow-up on new leads, the review requests, and every lead landing in one place instead of getting lost in your text messages.
It also covers changes. A new phone number, a new service, new photos, a price update. You text me, and I take care of it. There is no hourly rate.
How long does it take?
The preview is already built before I call you. Once you are on board, the finished build usually takes a few days, and most of that time is spent waiting on you for photos, your logo, and a few details. The sooner you send those over, the sooner you are live.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You need to be able to answer your phone. I handle every technical part of it, and anything you do need to click, I will walk you through on a call.
What if I want to stop?
Then you stop. There is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no chasing you down. The site and the domain are yours, and they stay yours.
Do you only work with contractors?
Contractors are most of my work, but no. If your customers find you, call you, and book you, this works. Trades, auto, cleaning, pest control, towing, any business that runs on the phone ringing.
